Guest registration
Required by the building before arrival. Fill in your details, review the rules and sign below — it comes straight to us.
Please complete this before you arrive. The building's management office needs to add you to their system before you can check in, and the office is only open until 5:00 PM. If we haven't received their confirmation, the front desk won't be able to let you in — so please submit it as early as possible, ideally a few days before your stay.
Getting here
The address
We're at 2700 NW 2nd Avenue, in the heart of Wynwood — about 8 miles (20–30 minutes by car) from Miami International Airport.
By rideshare or taxi
Use the address above as your drop-off. Drivers can let you out on either the southwest or southeast side of the building.
By trolley
The free Wynwood trolley stops right outside, at NW 2nd Ave & 27th Street, and connects to the Metromover at the Adrienne Arsht Center.
Once you're here
Wynwood Walls is just a two-block walk south, at 2516 NW 2nd Ave.
Arriving early? The building has no luggage storage, and the front desk can't hold bags. Message us and we'll help you plan around it.
Checking in
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Arriving later than 10:00 PM? Please let us know in advance so we can make sure everything is ready for you.

Before you arrive, complete the registration above. It lists everyone staying with you, your dates, and your ID. The management office (open until 5:00 PM) needs to confirm you're in their system before you arrive — without that confirmation, the front desk can't check you in.

When you arrive, head to the EAST front desk. There are two desks, both staffed 24/7. EAST serves residents and their guests; WEST is for the rooftop bar.

Show your photo ID. The desk will match it to your registration. Feel free to ask for a luggage cart.

Ride up to the 6th floor. The desk will call the elevator and send you up to your floor.

At the door of 607, call Silvana at 786.767.0131. I'll unlock the door for you remotely. You can also message me on Airbnb, but if you don't hear back within a couple of minutes, please call.
Your fob: the building fob is waiting for you inside the apartment, on the table. Keep it with you during your stay, and when you check out, leave it where you found it — on the table or in the kitchen.
Lost fob policy: a lost or missing fob will be charged $100.

Parking
There are two ways to park during your stay:
1 · Building valet
Paid directly to the valet attendant.
2 · Paid street parking
Available nearby, with rates that vary by location. Payment is made through the city's parking app.
A note on towing: towing in Wynwood is strictly enforced. To avoid any surprises, park only in clearly marked spaces and check the posted signs before leaving your car.

General amenities
Daily, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
Gym
Daily, 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Return free weights to the racks; under 16 must be with an adult.
Pool & spa · dawn to dusk
No lifeguard — swim at your own risk. No pets, smoking, glass or food. No running. Maximum 20 people. Depth 3.5–4 feet. Children under 12 with an adult.
Spa: maximum 6 people, 15 minutes, water capped at 104°F. Shower before entering. No floats.
Eating & drinking
Casa Tua Cucina on the ground floor. The NoMad Bar on the rooftop — take the WEST front desk elevators, P3 or P4.
Elevators
Four in total: P1 and P2 serve the residences; P3 and P4 serve the residences and the NoMad Bar.
Packages & deliveries
Food & other deliveries
For building security, delivery drivers aren't permitted upstairs. When your order arrives, simply meet the driver at the building entrance.
Packages
Packages are held in the package room on the first floor, next to the lobby. Just bring a photo ID when you go to collect them.
No mail. The building is unable to accept mail on behalf of guests.
During your stay
Mid-stay cleaning · $130. Staying a while? We offer a mid-stay clean at a reduced rate — fresh linens and towels included. Message us a day that works and we'll book it for you.
House rules
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- No parties or events of any kind
- No smoking or vaping in the unit, on balconies, or in any common area
- Maximum occupancy must be respected — the front desk enforces this
- No pets on the property
- Follow all front desk and security instructions
- Your access credentials are yours alone — please don't pass them to anyone
Before you go
Checking out — a quick pass before you leave:
- Leave used towels in the bathtub or shower
- Take out the trash
- Leave the A/C on COOL rather than switching it off
- Check the closet, the bathroom shelf and anything plugged in by the bed
- Return the fob to where you found it — on the table or in the kitchen (a lost fob is $100)
- Close the door behind you — it locks automatically, and there's nothing to return at the desk
